Return Policy
You have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, don’t worry – we’ll sort it out.
What to do:
- Check your items as soon as you receive them.

Returns & Refunds:

- We cover return shipping for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Without prejudice to the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification. As with the above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
